First Steps Autism has created kinder packs to help your little one for when they start Kindergarten .The use of visual aids will give the child's teacher or career a way to communicate with your child ..Its frustrating not being able to communicate and a change and new environment can be challenging for a non-verbal child with Autism everything is overwhelming and visual aids will give your child something to focus on so it will decrease stress levels for your child and help them ease into the new environment and learn the routine .If you want the pack to be covered by funding you can go through your child OT or Speech therapist to purchase or just take in receipt .
